How do I change the default voice in Windows?

  1. Go to: Start, Settings, Control Panel.

  3. Choose the Text To Speech tab.Picture showing the third step.
  4. Choose the voice. You can also set the voice rate here.Picture showing the fourth step.
  5. Click OK. Your default voice has now been set.
